In what currency are the prices indicated on the website?

All prices are in CAD. You can change the currency by selecting the right flag in the dropdown menu.


I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We do our best to ship the items as fast as possible. Please allow 4-7 days processing time for your order to ship.


Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.


I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What can i do?

We offer a refund service, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Please contact our teams to receive your shipping slip. Once the product is received, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include name and order number on returned packages.


Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

You can cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped


I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?

If you forgot to enter or auto-fill an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct address. Once you have verified that the address provided is correct, please notify us by emailing customer@hypepoint.ca. If the address given is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 24 hours.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 1 to 3 business days.
